Nautilus Restaurant features 3 different areas each with its own unique ambience. We are more than happy to accommodate your choice of area for dining if that particular section of the restaurant is available on a given evening. While we do take specific table requests please be aware that not all tables are available at all times so these cannot be guaranteed.

The CANOPY LOUNGE is the newest addition to the Nautilus property. This lounge area is a large deck at tree top level that places guests among a canopy of trees. Open from 6pm nightly the Canopy Lounge is a fantastic spot to enjoy a relaxing pre-dinner cocktail. Dining in this area is intimate, sometimes cooler in the summer months, and very suitable for small groups up to around 25 people. Of course you could always retire to the Lounge at the end of the meal for a quiet coffee or liqueur.

The COURTYARD is the original restaurant dining area that has been transformed from a grassy slope 50 years ago to the majestic paved wonder that it is now. It’s amazing to think how many interesting and famous people have graced this dining room across the years. Not that you could really describe the courtyard as a room, on clear nights the only ceiling is the fronds of the coconut palms 60 feet above. First time visitors enjoy the sheer ambience of the courtyard, while regulars continue to request this area again and again as they reminisce on many previous dining experiences and enjoy the features of the present.

The FOREST DECK was designed to immerse diners in the beautiful tropical forest gardens of the property. Of course there have been many proposals and anniversary celebrations along the deck railings as couples gaze out into the illuminated greenery. The Forest Deck also offers a wonderful private area for larger groups and functions.
