No deposit is required for less than 20 guests
Deposit will be refunded in full, if cancelled 45 days or greater from the function date
Guest numbers can be altered up to 5 days prior to the function date
Any substantial change in numbers after the initial reservation must be advised as soon as practical
No babies or children under 8 years - unless there is sole use of total restaurant

This is the minimum number of guests that will be charged on the function date
A service gratuity is payable at a suggested rate of between 5% and 10% of food and beverage account
Gratuity paid should relate to the service levels provided by your waiters on the night
If a gratuity amount is not indicated, an amount at a rate of 7.5% will be added to your account
